FAQ

What is the difference between a PNG (raster) file and an EPS (vector) file?

Raster images are constructed with a fixed number of color pixels and cannot be drastically resized without compromising their resolution. When stretched to fit a space they were not designed to fill, their pixels become visibly grainy and the image distorts.

Vector images, on the other hand, offer greater flexibility in scaling and editing.

How can I pay for illustrations?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

Is it possible to download the illustration I purchased for the second time?

No, each download requires a fee. You can back up your file.

The link to the file I purchased isn't working or is corrupted. What should I do?

If the link to the artwork you purchased doesn't work or one of the files is corrupted, please contact us at trazosacro@proton.me with the artwork ID so we can resolve the issue.

I'm not a designer. Could Trazo Sacro help me with my project that uses one or more of your images?

With pleasure! Contact me at trazosacro@proton.me to discuss your project requirements. The cost of this service is paid through PayPal.
